BOSTON... We're coming home! Stay Tuned. #ImGoingToTheCaf
It's time to come home. Stay warm and rep your set with line jackets, alumni sweatshirts, canes, boots, and hats!
They say the third time's a charm! Boston is our home base, so it's time to bring HC vibes back to the Bean! At this event, we'll be raising money for the Boston HBCU Alumni Network's 3L (Legacy, Leadership, Leverage) Scholarship Fund. which recently granted inaugural funding to the only culturally responsive & HBCU-themed middle school in the Commonwealth of MA, the Helen Y. Davis Leadership Academy! Let's eat, drink, stroll and give back together!
One thing we've learned is to not underestimate the presence of #HBCUGrads in New England! We know the Ivy League is represented in Rhode Island, but for the first time, we are heading to the Hope state to see how their Black Ivies get down. ProViDence, see you soon!
School's out, but HBCU Alumni never take time off from representing! Put on your cutest sundresses and dopest polos to set it off, Island Style!
We heard they missed us in Oak Bluffs, so we are throwing on our Sperry's and boarding the ferry! Please join The Caf and Jack Daniel's for the opening event of the 5th Annual HBCU Legacy Week on Martha's Vineyard at Black-Owned Flavors MV on Circuit Ave. Tunes by Lord Finesse. We're honoring the Alumni of Howard U., and the theme is Yacht Vibes so come dressed to impress! We've been part of Legacy Week from the start and can't wait for YOU to be part of it, too!
